Questions that come up most
Yes. Everything listed as waterproof is meant to stay on. Rinse the salt off afterwards and it will keep its colour.
It means the run is being made and the shipping week is already set. That week is on the product page, in the cart, and on your receipt.
Usually not. A few favourites are re-run once a year, and the newsletter is the only place that gets told first.

You pay when you order and the parcel goes out in the week shown on the listing. If that week slips by more than six, the order is refunded without you having to ask.

Two to five working days across the US, including Alaska and Hawaii. Every parcel is tracked and the number is emailed the moment it is scanned. If you are in Canada, send a note through the contact page and shipping can be worked out for your order.
Returns
Thirty days, unworn, in its box. Send a note first so the return is expected, and postage back is covered on anything that arrived faulty.
Privacy
EffieJewelry is a sole proprietorship in Oregon. This page says what is collected when you order, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.
What is collected
Your name, shipping address, email, and what you ordered. Card numbers are never seen here — payment runs through the checkout provider, which returns only a confirmation and the last four digits. If you join the newsletter, your email is stored with the date you signed up.
What it is used for
Filling and shipping your order, answering your messages, and sending the newsletter if you asked for it. Nothing is sold, rented, or traded, and there is no advertising pixel on the site.
Who else sees it
Only the services needed to get the parcel to you: the checkout provider, the shipping carrier, and the email provider that sends order confirmations and the newsletter. Each sees only what its job requires.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept seven years because Oregon and federal tax rules require it. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Message threads are deleted after two years.
Your choices
Every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe. Write from the address on your order and you can ask for a copy of what is held, a correction, or deletion of anything not tied to a tax record; it is done within thirty days.
Children
The shop is not aimed at anyone under 13 and no account is created to browse it.

Returns
Thirty days from delivery, unworn, in its box. Send a note first so the return is expected. Postage back is on you unless the piece arrived faulty or the wrong item shipped, in which case it is covered. Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
